Originally homesteaded in the 1880’s\, Bobcat Properties Farm uses all natural farming methods to produce honey\, lip balm and artisanal soap. In these special tasting sessions\, meet owner Lonnie Scott and taste the difference between these three varieties of California honey. \nWho Should Attend?\nOur honey tastings are open to everyone\, whether you’re a honey novice or a connoisseur. Join us to discover the unique flavors of California honey from Bobcat Properties Farm. \nWhere is it?\nHoney tastings are held in various locations throughout the Glen Ivy property. Please check with our staff at the check-in desk for the exact locations of the day’s events. \nHow to Attend/Reserve Your Spot\nScheduled admission is required for entry to the property. Upon arrival\, you can sign up for the complimentary honey tastings at the check-in desk. \nCost\nHoney tastings are complimentary\, but spots are limited. You can sign up for the 30-minute honey tastings at the check-in desk upon arrival. These lunar energies can provide grounding and a sense of renewed awareness of our true nature. We will vibrate the cosmos using gentle breath work\, chanting mantra\, and rhythmic movement. With a long history in the wine industry\, he started 20 years ago in New Zealand working at his family’s vineyards. A graduate of the prestigious Ecole Supérieure d’Agricultures Angers wine program in France\, Euan obtained a master’s degree in Vine\, Wine and Terroir Management. Based in Fallbrook\, Euan’s career spans the globe as he has been responsible for vintages in New Zealand\, Spain\, France and the USA. \nEuan is proud to introduce Vitica Wines\, with two unique small-batch white wines\, a 2022 Riesling and 2022 Vermentino. Vitica Wines focuses on creating high-quality boutique wines made with small-lot varietals sourced from the San Luis Rey area and South Coast grapes. In addition\, he’ll be pouring three red wines from Piston Broke – a Cabernet Sauvignon\, Sangiovese and Red Blend. As the winemaker for Piston Broke\, Euan is pleased to present these red wines\, some of which can be found in Southern California’s finest restaurants\, most notably Michelin Star winner\, Taco Maria\, in Orange County\, CA. \nWine tasting is limited to 20 people.
